2025 PRICING

A. GENERAL PRINCIPLE: BASED ON REAL USE

AlphA records user activity once a day only if the calculations have been modified. A simple opening does not count.

In January of each year, the list of users is sent to the client for verification. These users are divided into 4 categories according to the number of days of use of the program over the past year. Each category has its own specific rate and this determines the price of the global license, which is therefore based on the actual use of the program.

1. 1.Type A sustained, > 120 days: €788
   

2. 2.Type B regular, between 60 and 120 days: €591 (- 25%)
   

3. 3.Type C occasional, between 20 and 60 days: €394 (- 50%)
   

--> The prices above are degressive by 7% for each additional license up to a minimum of €169 / year.

4. 4.Type S (sporadic, less than 20 days): Common pot whose accumulation of days will give a rise to a type A, B or C user license.
   

--> This type S allows you to hire freelancers for a few days a year at little or no additional cost.

B. CASE OF FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS (YEAR 1): COMMITMENT

By definition without history, the first-time customer commits to an initial plan of users A, B and C that seems coherent to him for year 1.

--> A license taken during the annuity (this being fixed from February 7 to February 7) will give rise to an invoice calculated on a pro rata basis.

--> The 1st invoice will not give rise to any revision during year 1 even if the number of users turns out to be different. This will only impact the invoice of the following year.

This initial plan includes at least the basic package at €781 which includes a 1st user of type A with 30 days of type S users.
